TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT

Agreement


The Unincorporated Way ("Association") is a private unincorporated nonprofit association, stewarded in part by I, Robert Bengtson, a living man; This website exists as a portal and sanctuary for those of mankind only — women and men of conscience, honor, and goodwill — wherein the content is offered in good faith for educational, inspirational, contemplative, spiritual, and empowering purposes only.


Nothing herein is to be construed as legal, financial, tax, or professional advice of any kind.

All activities, exchanges, and interactions within, through, or in relation to this Association occur entirely within the private domain.


This space is offered to those who wish to remember and reclaim their divine inheritance — to contemplate, connect, learn, express, and align with what is good, true, and life-affirming. Membership is free and extends for the duration of mutual goodwill. It commences the moment you accept this agreement and may be ended at any time, by you or by I (or any man/woman acting on behalf of the Association), through written notice.


By choosing to engage with this platform and its offerings, you affirm the following:


Affirmation


  • Private Agreement
    I willingly and knowingly engage with this space in my private capacity, as a living woman or man, not as an agent, officer, or representative of any corporate, municipal, governmental, or regulatory entity — public or private; I enter this agreement of my own free will, without coercion or assumption, and solely under natural law and equity.


  • Private Exchange
    Any and all exchanges of value — monetary or otherwise — are understood to be private donations, gifts, honorings, or equitable exchanges offered in good faith to support the purposes and ongoing stewardship of the Association and/or Robert Bengtson; No such exchange shall be construed as taxable income or commerce under statutory jurisdiction


  • Property and Information
    I recognize that all materials, insights, tools, writings, and resources offered within this space are the private creative property of the Association and its stewards, and I agree not to copy, replicate, distribute, or commercialize any of these materials without prior written consent; To do so without consent shall constitute a trespass and a breach of this agreement.


  • Honor and Integrity
    I agree to treat every woman and man connected to this Association — whether steward, contributor, or fellow member — with kindness, dignity, and respect; Should I violate this standard through dishonorable, harassing, or harmful behavior and fail to make proper remedy, I understand that my access may be ended without refund or further exchange;


  • Responsibility and Discernment
    I accept full personal responsibility for my participation, interpretations, and use of any information or inspiration received through this portal; I recognize that discernment is mine alone to wield, and that all application of insight is at my own risk and choice;


  • Confidentiality and Trust
    I agree to maintain the privacy and sanctity of this space and shall not disclose or share confidential conversations, materials, or member interactions outside the bounds of the Association without explicit consent; This is a space of trust, and I honor that trust;


  • Trespass and Liability
    Should I breach this agreement or violate its terms through interference, legal intrusion, or other dishonorable acts, I understand this con    stitutes a trespass in the private, for which I may be held liable; Such liability may include liquidated damages of $1,000,000 USD or more, and an agreed-upon fee of $1 per minute for the duration of said trespass, as part of a good faith agreement to deter harm and ensure remedy;


  • Jurisdiction and Resolution
    All matters arising under this agreement shall be governed solely by         Law and Equity, as between living wo/men of mankind; No artificial person, incorporated body, statutory code, or corporate court shall have jurisdiction over such matters, absent our mutual and explicit consent;


  • Modification of Agreement
    I understand that the terms of this agreement may evolve and change, and that continued use of the website constitutes my acceptance of any future refinements;
