Agreement


The Unincorporated Way is a private unincorporated nonprofit association ("Association"), stewarded in part by I, the man: Roban Bengtson; This website, and all its offerings herein, exists as a portal and sanctuary for those of mankind only — women and men of conscience, reason, liberty, honor, goodwill, and good faith — wherein the content offered herein is provided through such for spiritual, educational, inspirational, contemplative, spiritual, and empowerment purposes;


Nothing herein is to be construed as legal, financial, tax, or professional advice of any kind; All interactions, offerings, invitations, activities, and exchanges occur entirely within the private domain.


This space is offered to those who wish to contemplate, learn, connect, express, reclaim, and align with what is good, true, and life-affirming. By choosing to engage with this platform and its offerings, you affirm the following:


Affirmation


  • Private Agreement
    I willingly and knowingly engage with this space in my private capacity, as a living woman or man, not as any employee, agent, officer, representative, or otherwise of any corporate, municipal, governmental, or regulatory entity — public or private; I enter this agreement of my own free will, without coercion or assumption, solely under natural law and equity;


  • Private Exchange
    Any and all offerings and exchanges of value — monetary or otherwise — are understood to take place in the private; No such exchange shall be construed as taxable income or commerce under statutory jurisdiction;


  • Property and Information
    I recognize that all materials, insights, tools, writings, and resources offered within this space are the private creative property of the Association and its members, and I agree not to copy, replicate, distribute, or commercialize any of these materials without prior written consent; To do so without consent or good faith shall constitute a trespass and a breach of this agreement;


  • Honor and Integrity
    I agree to treat every woman and man connected to and through this Association with kindness, dignity, and respect; Should I violate this standard through dishonorable, harassing, or harmful behavior and fail to make proper remedy, I understand that my access may be ended;


  • Responsibility and Discernment
    I accept full personal responsibility for my participation, interpretations, and use of any information or offering received through this portal; I recognize that discernment is mine alone to wield, and that all application of insight is at my own risk and by my own choice;


  • Confidentiality and Trust
    I agree to maintain the privacy and sanctity of this space and all exchanges as relate to the Association; I shall not disclose or share confidential conversations, materials, or interactions outside the bounds of the Association without explicit consent; This is a space of trust, and I honor that trust;


  • Trespass and Liability
    Should I breach this agreement or violate its terms through interference, legal intrusion, or other dishonorable acts, I understand this con    stitutes a trespass in the private, for which I may be held liable; Such liability may include damages of $1,000,000 USD or more, as part of a good faith agreement to deter harm and ensure relief;


  • Jurisdiction and Resolution
    All matters arising under this agreement shall be governed solely by         Law and Equity, as between living wo/men of mankind; No artificial person, incorporated body, statutory code, or corporate court shall have jurisdiction over such matters, absent mutual and explicit written consent;


  • Modification of Agreement
    I understand that the terms of this agreement may evolve and change, and that continued use of the website constitutes my acceptance of any future refinements;
