The Unincorporated Way ("Association") is a private unincorporated nonprofit association, stewarded and hosted by I, Robert Barker Bengtson, with this website created as a platform / portal / space for those of mankind only, where the content is provided in good faith for informational, educational, inspirational, and empowerment purposes only — and thus is not to be construed as legal, tax, financial, or professional advice of any kind;

All activities with, through, or within the Association occur within the private domain only;

The Association is for living women and men to learn, contemplate, interact, share experiences, collaborate and more, within the private domain only; Basic life-time membership is free; Membership commences when you agree to this agreement in exchange for access to benefits offered, and ends whenever you or I (or a man or woman acting on my behalf) wish to end the agreement for any reason, and write to the other to say so;

By choosing to engage with this platform and its offerings, you are affirming the following:

Affirmation

• Private Agreement
  I attest that my participation in this space is voluntary, and by engaging here, I am affirming my free will to enter into this agreement in my private capacity as a living man or woman, and not as an agent of any public, private, governmental, or non-governmental agency, entity, organization, association, or otherwise, enforcing statutes or codes where no harm has been caused;

• Private Donations
  I agree that any donations or contributions made to the Association are made by I as a living, sentient being, occurring solely in the private domain only;

• Ownership of Property and Information
  I understand that any information shared by I within this portal remains my property, with my right to privacy and confidentiality being honored and respected; I agree not to share, copy, duplicate, reproduce, or sell any of the said materials presented through this site, absent written consent;
  

• Honor and Integrity
  I agree to act according to law, to wield my will with honor and integrity, and to treat every other man or woman who participates in, or works in support of the Association, with kindness and respect; I understand that if I do not do so, or if I am abusive, aggressive, irresponsible, menacing, or harassing towards any of said man or woman and do not make remedy to the satisfaction of the one wronged, that my membership will be cancelled, and I will lose access to all time and property offered by or through the Association whether or not I have donated to access it;
  

• Confidence and Responsibility
  I agree to keep in confidence, in the private, all interactions, conversations, and materials, received or privy to, as relates to the Association, and to take full responsibility for my own actions and for the consequences of how I apply anything I learn here;

• Trespass and Liability
  Should I engage in any activity that violates this agreement — e.g., legal interference or investigative actions — I understand this will be considered a trespass, and that I will be be liable to pay compensation in the amount of $1,000,000, plus $1 per minute for the duration of the trespass;

• Law and Equity
  I accept that any claims of trespass or wrong under this agreement shall be governed by Law and Equity and may be pursued in a court between those of mankind only, wherein no artificial entities or statutory systems shall have jurisdiction over matters as relate to the Association;

• Modification of Agreement
  I recognize that the Association, and the men and women who steward it, reserves the right to amend or update this agreement and that my continued use of the website signifies my acceptance of any changes.
